This Blog is all about my adventures in N-Gauge Railroading. There is a second part to this railroad Blog which is a Japanese component as I like to model Japanese railroads.

What's a Tie Shear?
I have no idea what a Tie Shear is but I'll leave s link to one below. I purchased the .stl to the N scale Tie Shear on Cults which is a 3D design portal for people who want to sell their designs. I had to have this Tie Shear for my Japanese trains so I purchased then found a 3D printer online and had it printed in resin. Pics of the 3D model are below and a link to the print as well. Below are some actual pictures of the 3D print which are the best but I'll be posting better pics once I get the model in hand.

Its finally done with my MOW train!!!
Or is it I think I need a gondola or a flatcar to move all of the wheeled vehicles around, What do you think?
I can do details like the YouTubers, I detailed my EF200
I was in a detail frame of mind today so I took out my Kato EF200 and decided to give a go at detailing it. The locomotive came with an assortment of antenna's, GPS, Number boards and grabirons. All these parts are tiny after all its N scale, To tell you the truth I wouldn't have attempted this if it wasn't for my new Helping Hands from KOTTO. Putting those parts on the loco was stressful as I lost a few of the parts luckily there was some spares and I completed both ends of the locomotive. I also added a led to the Digitrax board that goes in the EF200. So all in all it was a busy day with lots of stuff accomplished.

KOTTO Helping Hands with magifier
Today Amazon delivered a new piece of kit called the KOTTO Helping hands with magnifier. I was in the market for a magnifier but didn't want to do a head worn type so I decided to get the KOTTO helping hand. I also got some flux paste and some 3mm solder.
