It's been a busy week, with building several paper kits from Kofu and the Christmas holidays upon us. I decided to take a break from old Saint Nick and build some kits. I built a Locomotive kit from Kofu and a train mover trailer. I also built a single locomotive engine shed from Kofu. It seems that the kits I chose were rated as difficult to build by Kofu now I see why. I wont lie I struggled through all of them as none of them were easy. In the end I assembled them and they look like their real-life counterparts. No pics of the engine shed as it's going under renovation. 

I finally got motivation to put together this little kit tonight after a long time being untouched for a while. Here are some of the build pics and on a Kato chassis.

After doing some research this week I found Tombow Mono Aqua Liquid glue is highly recommended so I got some. Its refillable, strong, clear and a whole bunch of other stuff. By accident I bumped into another highly recommended glue Aleenes Original Tacky Glue and I got 4 bottles really cheaply so I'm drowning in glue lol. 

Today, I picked up a delivery containing more Koki, of course, one with LEDs on it. I also got a Taki with LEDs on it, lol. I got a rescue car for my MOW train and some paper kits from Kofu. Finally, I ordered an EH500, which is a throwback from when I first got into Japanese N-scale trains. I'm trying to choke back the tears, lol.  

I wanted to shout out this Japanese N scale modeler for installing and lighting an Aru 9 N scale steam locomotive. I'm truly amazed by what he has done and want to replicate it on my Aru 9 0-6-0 steam locomotive. http://www.unzan.net/2023/03/04/al_ctank/
